I've had this little cook book forever but have never tried anything out of it. The other night buddy wanted to make cookies but I was so not feeling it. But being the nice mom that I am I reached for this little gem and found the easiest chocolate chip cookie recipe ever!Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Pour cake mix into a large bowl. Stir in the oil and eggs until well blended. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from pan to cool on wire racks.
